 Steps to Reproduce
 1)Create some records either in quotes or projects.
 2)Delete any of the record permanently from the crm(from the recycle bin)
 3)Go to detail view of other record and jump to the deleted record but it
 shouldn't show in the jump.
 4)It will show the deleted record with below warning,

 mktime() expects parameter 6 to be long, string given in
 /home/chandan/public_html/vtiger521/include/utils/CommonUtils.php on line
 1577  and mktime() expects parameter 1 to be long, string given in
 /home/chandan/public_html/vtiger521/include/utils/CommonUtils.php on line
