 steps:
 1.Create a trouble ticket and save it.
 2.Add some comment to it.
 3.Automatically mail will be sent to the user with the newly added
 comment.
 But in the mail Heading(like 'Comments are:') is missing for comment
 information.
 Check the attached snapshot.
