#7218: Standard filter is not working with Date format dd-mm-yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy

 In Standard filter specify condition like Today,Tomorrow etc for any Date
 field.With date format yyyy-mm-dd it will show records with out any
 issue.But if the date format will be changed to dd-mm-yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy
 ,it will show any records.
