 Update:

 Apparently this bug occurs when the filter created for Contacts, has
 'Account Name' as one of the search terms. For example on the v5.3.0 demo
 website, created a filter for Contacts, search for Account Name equals
 demovtiger, and it returns 1 result.

 However, when trying to load this filter into the campaign, this fails.
