 When names contain special characters like: ć
 The export (Report) to Excel changes these characters to a question mark:
 ?
 The export to PDF works fine.

 In the attachment a screenshot is shown from a vtiger view, a PDF export
 and Excel export.

 Also the text is copied/pasted from PDF to Excel. The character is then
 shown alright.
