 I am having trouble editing Picklist for: Project module => Status.

 When I try to DELETE a picklist value, vtiger prompts to REPLACE.

 When I try to CREATE a picklist value vtiger prompts this error message:
 "Duplicate entries found for the value 'On Hold'"

 When I try to EDIT a picklist value vtiger prompts this error message:
 "Cannot replace with blank value, to remove the value use Delete option."

 When I try to Edit a Picklist value and Replace With, I get the error:
 "Cannot replace with blank value, to remove the value use Delete option."
 The strange thing is, I am not trying to replace with a blank value. I am
 trying to Replace With another Picklist value.


 Also, when I try to Delete a Picklist value, it has a space for "Replace
 With" and I must select a value to replace with. If I am deleting a
 Picklist value, why do I need to Replace it with another value?

 It seems like an endless loop for PROJECT Picklist.

 The Picklist editor works well for other modules and I am able to Add,
 Edit and Delete picklist entries for other modules, except PROJECT module.
