 To Reproduce the issue try the following[[BR]]

 1-->In the CSV file have the Website field or any URL field value as
 http://website.com[[BR]]

 2--> Now import the csv file in to vtiger to a module where the URL field
 is available for e.g in Accounts module .[[BR]]

 3--> Now try to access the website in that imported record you can see it
 will access

 http://http://website.com/
