 To reproduce the error try the following steps
 -----------------------------------------------[[BR]]

 1-->Create a report for Accounts module , take Contacts as relates list
 module.Now in the select column steps choose Account name, Contacts last
 name, Contacts Assign to field.[[BR]]

 2-->After report creation you can see the report with Accounts and related
 Contacts.[[BR]]

 3-->Now go to any of the account and delete its related contact(delete by
 going in the contacts module, so thet it should go to recycle bin).Now
 check the reports you can still see the same deleted contacts where assign
 to will show empty.[[BR]]

 4-->This is happening if Contacts is a related module in reports, if
 reports will be created for Contacts then the deleted contacts will not
 show.[[BR]]
