 Dear vTiger team,
 I am currently running mailscanner which seems to work fine with all the
 emails, except when it encounters emails with foreign characters, such as
 Spanish text or from Brazil. The characters such as "åå é è" are not read,
 and causes problems when scanning the email, thus no trouble ticket is
 created. Any help with this greatly appreciated!
