 To reproduce the issue. Go to My Preference and make Receive Incoming
 Calls as '''no''' .Now go to any account or Contact record and you can see
 the link on the phone field is disabled.This is happening in the detail
 view of the record.In List view link is appearing fine.[[BR]]
