 When updating product prices by importing a csv file with auto overwrite
 the importing works correctly and every imported field is correctly
 updated, but the corresponding entry in table producttaxrel is erased so
 the product has no tax.

 This behaviour is confirmed with rel 5.2.1 on the vtiger demo site.
 To duplicate
 1/ Define a tax rate for a product
 2/ Export product table to csv file
 3/Import it again with all fields mapped and 'overwrite' selected.
 4/The tax rate will now be missing.
