 Steps to reproduce
 ------------------------

 1-->Go to Settings > Email Templates and create template for Contact
 module with using support  start date field or support End date field in
 body of the mail template or any other date fields.[[BR]]

 2-->Now go to My Preference and change the date format to dd-mm-yyyy or
 mm-dd-yyyy . Now go to any contact fill the support Star date or Support
 End date and send mail to it with the same template you created.[[BR]]

 3-->Now check the contact email id you can see the date in yyyy-mm-dd
 format which should show in othet date format that user has chosen.
