 Try the following steps to reproduce the issue[[BR]]
 -----------------------------------------------------------

 1-->first create a lead, add some events and task to it.[[BR]]

 2-->Now convert it,  after conversion You can see the activities in the
 new account and contact related list.[[BR]]

 3-->Now create  a new lead with same company name and convert it.You can
 see the activities will not be transferred to the account new contact.
