 Following a discussion with Pratim regarding the en_gb language pack it
 appears that there is an bug with the PDF generation tool. A string "Terms
 &amp; Conditions" was being incorrectly converted when producing
 invoices/quotes etc (See attached screenshot). However the same HTML
 entity in "Shipping &amp; Charges" was apparently being handled properly.

 During the investigations some duplicate strings were discovered that have
 been noted in the following bug ticket: http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-
