 When I make a Lead conversion with a Comments (Fig01, Fig02 and Fig03),
 this Comments don't are transferred to Comments Area in respective Contact
 or Account. If I go to Comments List (Tools > Comments), I see the
 Comments made in the register of Lead (Fig04), however, if I click in the
 name in the  "Related To" column, the System come back to a Lead (Fig05).
 However, the Lead has already been converted!
