#7017: Advanced filter not working with comma separated values for Not equals to
and Does Not Contain

 Steps to Reproduce issue
 ------------------------------

 1-->Go to Trouble Tickets module.Create a new filter ,give the Advanced
 filter condition as

 Status Not equal To open,Closed[[BR]]

 save the filter.

 2-->Now save the filter you can see the tickets with Status open and
 closed are still visible in that filter.[[BR]]

 If you will give only one value for these condition then it will work fine
 but if you will give comma separated values then you can see filter will
 not work.Same issue is also there for '''does not Contains'''
