#7008: Dashboard Components not refreshing after migrating to 5.2.0

 Just migrated from 5.1 to 5.2.1 and all went well except upon first login,
 the dashboard/home page components were all blank.

 I manually "refreshed" each one by clicking the small
 "Refresh" button near these 4 buttons: Edit, Refresh, Hide,
 Close.  When I did this, the items refreshed (tag cloud, potentials,
 accounts, etc. etc.)

 But once I click to any other page, then back to the home page, all items
 are again blank and I must refresh.
