 packages/vtiger/mandatory/Mobile.zip is missing files that are in
 svn:pkg/modules/.../Mobile

 The missing files render the extension inoperative.

 This is incorrect both in the last svn of 5.3.0 and the download source in
 sourceforge.

 I tested by updating the extension using the files in pkg directory and it
 seems to be working correctly.
