#7253: In Profiles modules can not be enabled if module was disabled in Module

 Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue

 1-->Disable any module in Module manager.[[BR]]

 2-->Create a new profile.

 3-->Enable the same module in Module Manager and go to the new profile
 which you created.Check the same module entry you can see module can not
 be enabled for the profile.
