 Steps to reproduce:
 1.Create a Indian Rupee currency.
 2.Dollar is the base currency by default:
 3.Now activate Indian rupee to be in use from ‘my preferences’.
 4.Now create record from the 'Quotes' module and save it.
 5.Duplicate the same record and you will find that currency pick list
 value changed to dollar.
