 We crossed checked the source with the details you have provided. Thanks
 for the analysis. Looks like the vtiger_picklistvalues_seq is only used to
 get unique sequence for picklist values though we do not have actual
 vtiger_picklistvalues tables as well as don't stored any information
 related to it.

 Let us know if you have noticed any consequences due to this usage.
