 When exporting the leads database to a CSV file, the saltation field is
 missing, e.g. Mr,Mrs,Ms,Dr etc.

 Further investigation finds that the vtiger_field table (which I assume
 defines which fields are exported and imported as well as the column names
 for those field used in the CSV file) has a different name for the
 salutation field to that used in the vtiger_leaddetails table.

 The vtiger_leaddetails table uses 'salutation' whereas the vtiger_field
 table uses 'salutationtype'.

 Could be above observation be the cause?

 For me this is a critical bug.  We have just spent a lot of money on a
 leads database and can not import it as it seems we may loose the
 salutations.  (I have not tried an import only an export to ascertain the
 correct CSV file format, this is when I noticed the problem.)
