 1. Why to have this huge hindrance for potential customers to migrate
 easily to vtiger, this should be the fist priority for you. And why have
 to stick to csv, when the most common characters [comma and enter]
 definitely will be in any data. Thousands of posting in forums on this,
 why not think of some real practical solution for this.

 2. Import for All Modules is a MUST

 3. Allow Fixed Values for some of the fields [esp Mandatory], even though
 they don't exist in the csv. e.g. admin for assigned to.
