 While importing records are not getting attached with existing Accounts,
 rather its creating new Contacts with same names. We had to import without
 Account Name, and then attached them directly in db with the accounts.

 Normally in other modules its attaching to accounts.  Maybe better option
 to let user use where they want to attach [especially if the record
 doesn't exist].
