 Create a tooltip for a module(say for Accounts) -> disable Tooltip module
 for a Profile -> now login to user related to that profile and move to the
 module for which you have created Tooltip -> hover mouse to see details
 given for Tooltip-> It will display "You are not permitted to execute this
 Operation".
