 This contrib has been made to correct some bad translations, and to add
 some new fonctionnalities in HelpDesk module.

 This new fonctionnalities are quite a bug correct because :[[BR]]
 1. when a ticket is assigned to a group (for exemple : "support group"),
 nobody receive mail on ticket's modifications so we add notifications to
 all group's users on :
  1. ticket edit from vTiger
  2. ticket ajaxEdit from vTiger
  3. ticket add comment from customerPortal (soap/customerportal)
 2. when a ticket is assigned to a client account, not to a contact, nobody
 receive mail on ticket's modification so we add notifications to all
 account's contacts (if they have portal access) on :
  1. ticket edit from vTiger
  2. ticket ajaxEdit from vTiger
  3. ticket add comment from customerPortal (soap/customerportal)

 Language pack installed is LanguagePack_fr_510_UTF8_V1_4.zip joined in
 this ticket
