 I wanted to add a custom button next to Import and Export in the tools
 menu. Since I want the users to be able to do a specific type of export
 it's the more intuitive place to put it.

 I asked the question here :

 And Joe explained to me that it was not possible with the actual version
 of the Vtlib :
