 When adding an invoice, quote, lead etc, there is a screen to select the
 "contact. account, lead" as appropriate.
 Invariably the user has started in the logical place and there is no
 "Lead" to select.

 Why no place a simple link there so the user can open a new page and
 create needed lead, or account and auto refresh the list when he closes
 it.  I's not complex but badly needed.
