 Ther eis no logicc or progression to the various stages in the sales
 cycle.
 When I create a lead and then create a potential. I achieve nothing.
 There is nothing I can do with that potential except look at it.  What's
 the point?

 If i then go to potentials quotes I can select add a qoute and it expects
 a potential.
 From this I assume that I neeed a potential in prder to do the quote.

 If that is so, why can't I canlt I do the quote when the potential is
 open?
 Why force a busy person to create a potential first, this is just annoying
 and pointless. You can let them create a quote and assume the potential
 from this data.

 There's still a lot of stuff like this in the system, You should sort
 thses things out before bargeing ahead with new fucntionality.

 Despite seeming user friendly at first, it is very clunky and amateur in
 places.
