 Steps to reproduce the issue.

 Go to create an account

 1-->give the value 25269000000 and try to save it is showing a pop up that
 Annual Revenue is out of Range.so give any other small value and save it.

 2-->now go to edit it and give the value 25269000000 again in Annual
 Revenue field and save it it is getting saved with out any pop up.

 3-->After saving I can see the value is coming as 2147483647
