 while converting Trouble Ticket whatever we have in the Description,
 Solution and Comments of trouble ticket it simply put all that to Answer
 field of the FAQ. that is not correct as '''Description''' is never be a
 part of the Answer.

 we have a field for comments as well in the FAQ so its better to map
 comments of the Trouble Ticket to comment field only.
