 I would like to add to this.

 In addition to this problem, it is far too difficult to read activity
 notes.
 and too complex to add them.
 If you answer a call you need to be able to make a quick not of the call.
 Somebody else needs to see all these notes ina chronological list
 instantly when they make or receive a call next time.
 Without this it loses 70% of its value as a crm
