 Testing customer portal.

 I created a service contract for 100 hours.
 Then I went to tickets ( By the way trouble tickets may be the term in
 california, but most people find it either offensive, or confusing-
 support ticket is much more broadly acceptable)
 I created a ticket and I wanted to book this ticket against the service
 contract so I could track the incidents used.  There is no trace of the
 service contract and no apparent way to book an incident against it.

 Surely this is not right.
