#5896: Impossible to make a Full Edit of  Existing Report,  (Name and Description)

 Once the report was created, the edit command doesn't permit to go in
 section 1 (report detail) and section 2 (Related Modules) of report to
 change the Name, Description or Related Modules.

 To change this properties It's needed to delete than create the same
 report from scratch.

 It's not critical, but it's very annoing.
