#5886: Focus on User Name or Password field in Login page

 When Login page is loaded in the browser the focus isn't on any text area.
 The User must click on the field to init the login process.


 This patch return the original behaviour.
 If username field is empty set focus on Username.
 If username field has a value set focus on password field.
