Comment:

 The selections made are carried forward when you navigate between the
 pages.

 If you had already selected some ids in other pages and now you wish to
 send mail for the ones appearing the current page. First click on 'none'
 link that appears at the top of the block and then select the ids and then
 click on 'Send Mail'

 We have limitations in sending bulk mails, we hope to comeup with
 extension modules for bulk mailing as we go forward.

 But with limited set the selection of email across pages should work fine.
