#5759: issue with discount zero percent while selecting products or services

 To reproduce the issue follow the following steps:-
 1-->create a product with unit price 100 and give the vat,Sales and
 Service as all 5%.
 2-->Go to create a Invoice for the product give the qty field as 1.Now you
 can see net price will be 115 with No discount.(Shown in first screen
 shot)

 3-->Now click on the discount link give the % of Price as 5.you can see
 the the net price is reduced to 110(as shown in second screen shot)

 4-->Now click on the Discount link again and change the % of Price from 5
 to zero(0).You can see the net price is showing 114.25(shown in 3rd screen
 shot) which should show 115.
