 in many countries the comma is used in a number to separate full an
 fraction numbers, means 0,5% instead of 0.5%. vtiger accepts the 0.5
 format only which is inconvenient but someone can accept. However, if you
 enter 0,5 as a discount or as a tax value, the system does not issue an
 error message and calculates wrong numbers.
