Comment:

 Check should be made while retrieving the names of the Related To. (both
 in Edit and Display view) But in-case the access is restricted the name
 will be blank and causes problem during Save.

 However, only the name is now shown but user permission is checked when
 more information on the Related To item is being accessed.

 We will address finer (field) level security handling for related modules
 later.
