Changes (by asha):

  * status:  new => closed
  * resolution:  => invalid

Comment:

 Standard doesn't allow to create email id's with UTF-8 characters. So on
 giving an email id with UTF-8 characters, it is treated as invalid value
 and an alert is shown.
