Comment:

 Export of contacts from thunderbird to vtigercrm tries to create contact
 record in crm to do this it checks for write permission and if doesn't
 find permission it alerts user.
 Since it tries to create one record at a time hence every time it checks
 for the permission and on failing alerts the user.

 Made an arrangement where if it didn't find write permission for first
 record it is trying to create then it will not try to create other record
 from that address book.
