 Duplicating the records is not happening after migration this  happens
 when i enable single pane view, when i try to duplicate it is displaying
 message as module name is missing ,please check Module name

 Steps to reproduce :

 1.Enable single pane view in 5.0.4

 2.Migrate to 5.1.0

 3.Go to default module view in settings ,singe pane view got disabled

 4.Enable single pane view

 5.Go to any module try to duplicate the record, then message will get
 displayed as shown in the attachment
