 When creating a new appointment in calendar for two or three days in the
 future, the end day does not change to meet the start day.

 i.e. I make appointment for Tomorrow (24th), after selecting 24th for
 start date (or creating appointment on that day using +) end day is set to
 today.  Time is also default to 12am for end time, not + 1 hour.
