#5679: It is possible to create new Contact with empty data in Last Name

 1.While creating a new Contact, it is possible to move to More Information
 field without filling Last Name.
  And now in IE7, it is possible to create a new Contact with blank data.

 Steps:-
 1. Create a new contact.
 2. Move to More information Field without filling any data
 3.Now click at Save button, It with show a Pop-up, "Last Name Can't be
 empty" but it will save the record.
