  * status:  assigned => closed
  * resolution:  => invalid

Comment:

 This becomes invalid issue as with 5.1.0, we are looking forward to
 support B2C model where a potential may not be related to an Account, but
 may be to a Contact.

 Also through layout editor, we can enable/disabled mandatory fields like
 Account name in some of the places.

 So we will not be handling this issue.
