  * status:  new => closed
  * resolution:  => wontfix

Comment:

 Currency rates are important to handle features like multi-currency, if
 not provided we will default rate to 1.0 which does not serve any useful
 purpose.

 So you will need to make sure to provide the conversion rate w.r.t Base
 Currency of the installation.
