Comment:

 We will need to come up with record level edit locks design.

 If one user is editing a record the other users will not be able to edit
 the record unless first user is done with it. We need have a timeout as
 well for holding the write lock.

 It will be good to discuss on the design before proceeding to
 implementation. Only possible post 5.1.0
