Comment:

 Once the invoice is created the product stock is reduced. In business
 usecase, Invoice is not edited often.

 Showing the warning about stock availability is valid during edit/create
 as well.

 If you find this explanation is not convincing, please provide usecase
 example as well and re-open the ticket.
