  * status:  assigned => closed
  * resolution:  => fixed

Comment:

 This issue is fixed by using postInstall event of vtlib. Now whether
 through installation/migration or importing the module from Module Manager
 will have same behavior. The changes for this are integrated with the
 following changeset -
