 Hi,

 I tried these test case and seems to be working fine.
 I have changed my date format and exported records. The fields which are
 of type date got exported in standard format (yyyy-mm-dd).
 And while importing we CRM always assumes that its in this standard
 format.

 Do you have any other case where it is failing. Can you update us with
 more details.
